We proceed to long term agreement with the property owner. After this point hotelBest or sister properties are in charge of everything and owner takes the agreed rental amount in the agreed time

We cooperate with one of the best Architecture Design firms - Tsolakis Architects to transform property to a Class Hotel. All renovation expenses belong to us and owner has no obligation to fund the project.

At the end of the agreement property owner owns a building that has been re-positioned in the Real Estate Market and its value has been increased dramatically. Owner is 100% free to decide if cooperation will continue or not.
